高职护生实习前心理健康状况调查及应对策略

摘要

Objective:To survey the mental health of vocational nursing before probation and study the coping strategies.Methods:267 vocational nursing students were investigated by symptom check list-90 (SCL-90) and adolescent self-rating life events check list (ASLEC).Results:Our analysis of SCL-90 revealed that scores of the factors of somatization,force,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror,psychotic were significantly higher than the national youth norm.Negative life events was closely related to mental health.Conclusion:educators of nursing should take measures to strengthen nurses' mental health education.%目的:调查高职护生实习前心理健康状况,并采取应对措施.方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和青少年生活事件量表在实习前对267名护生进行问卷调查.结果:SCL-90量表中躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性7个因子均显著高于全国青年常模,负性生活事件与护生心理健康密切相关.结论:护理教育者需要针对实习前护生存在的心理问题,加强护生心理健康教育.
