脊髓亚急性联合变性的护理

摘要

目的：：探讨脊髓亚急性联合变性的护理对策。方法：对20例脊髓亚急性联合变性患者积极治疗的同时，做好用药护理、饮食指导、心理干预、并发症护理和对症护理。结果：治愈4例，好转14例，无效2例。结论：有效的护理有利于脊髓亚急性联合变性患者的康复。%Objective:To explore the nursing of patients with subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord ( SCD) . Methods:With the active treatment of 20 patients with SCD,do a good job of the medication nursing,diet instruction, psychological intervention,the nursing of complications and symptomatic nursing. Results:4 patients have been cured,14 patients have been improved,2 cases were ineffective. Conclusion:The effective nursing is propitious to the recovery of the patients with SCD.
