应用品管圈降低皮下注射低分子肝素局部并发症的发生率

摘要

目的：改进护理工作方法，降低皮下注射低分子肝素局部并发症的发生率，提高护理工作质量。方法：成立品管圈活动小组，确立“降低皮下注射低分子肝素局部并发症的发生率”为活动主题，分析116例次皮下注射低分子肝素并发症的原因，提出改进对策并予以实施。结果：开展品管圈活动后，皮下注射低分子肝素的患者局部并发症的发生率低于品管圈前（P ﹤0．05），患者疼痛程度轻于实施前（P ﹤0．05），达到了预期效果。结论：品管圈活动在降低皮下注射低分子肝素局部并发症发生率方面效果显著，能有效提高护理质量，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者满意度。%Objective:To improve the working methods of care,reduce the incidence of subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin local complications and improve quality of care. Methods:Founded QCC team,establishing 〝subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin reduce the incidence of local complications〝as the theme,to analyze the reasons 116 cases of subcutaneous injections of low molecular weight heparin complications,suggest improvements and imple-ment countermeasures. Results:After carry QCC,the incidence of complications in patients with localized subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin is lower than the former QCC(P ﹤ 0. 05),the degree of pain in patients with mild prior to implementation(P ﹤ 0. 05),reached the desired effect. Conclusion:QCC subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin in reducing the incidence of local complications significant effect,can effectively improve the quality of care,re-duce patient suffering,and improve patient satisfaction.
