老年病房护理人力资源培训现状调查与分析

             

摘要

Objective:To investigate and analyze the nurses HR basic situation and nurse specialist nursing knowledge training needs .Methods:Yunnan Province has aged three wards of 29 and12 of 745 two geriatric ward nurses working in aged care questionnaire circulated recovery was 100%.The effective questionnaires was 725.Results:Geriatric ward nurse deems it necessary to accept the proportion of older specialist nurse training was 91.4%,the accept-ance of the impact of training on their own to bring a larger elderly comprehensive assessment management,to solve the knotty problem of specialist skills and age.Approach to training was the most recognized demonstration exercises,site visits,and multimedia teaching.Training is the most stressful job to worry a-bout all kinds of checks.Conclusion:Geriatric nursing discipline,which need health administrative departments at all levels and hospital institutional impor-tance to the development of specialist geriatric nursing,enhance the training for nurse,so as to better adapt to the care needs of an aging population.%目的:调查分析老年病房护理人力资源基本情况及老年专科护理知识培训需求情况。方法:对云南省有老年专科病房的29家三级医院和12家二级医院的745名从事老年护理工作的护士发放培训问卷调查表,回收有效问卷725份。结果:老年病房护士认为有必要接受老年专科护士培训的比例是91.40%。对接受培训对自身带来的影响问题较大的是老年综合评估管理、解决工作疑难问题和老年专科技能。最受认可的培训方式是示范练习、实地参观和多媒体教学。培训压力最大的是担心各种工作检查。结论:老年病护理学科发展滞后,护理人员培训需求较大,各级卫生行政部门及医院机构应重视老年病专科护理工作的发展,加强培训更好适应人口老龄的护理服务需求。
