亚低温治疗心肺复苏后脑复苏的效果观察与护理

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of hypothermia in patients with cerebral resuscitation CPR and care methods,brain function and im-prove the prognosis of patients. Methods:Data integrity cardiopulmonary arrest cardiopulmonary resuscitation line 141 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Among the control group (n=69) received only cardiopulmonary resuscitation,observation group(n=72) were based on the use of mild hypother-mia treatment. Two groups of patients were evaluated and statistical prognostic evaluation of patients with neurological and two activities of daily living. Re-sults:The cure of observation group was better than the control group. The comparison between the two groups of GCS score and daily life quality ability were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary arrest patients in the use of cardiopulmonary resuscitation hypothermia,can effectively re-duce the hypoxic-ischemic brain tissue damage and promote neurological recovery,improve long-term quality of life of patients.%目的：：探讨亚低温治疗心肺复苏患者脑复苏的临床效果及护理方法，改善患者的预后和脑功能。方法：2012年8月~2014年7月我院收治的资料完整的心跳呼吸骤停行心肺复苏患者141例，随机分为对照组69例和观察组72例。对照组行心肺复苏治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用亚低温治疗。对两组患者预后进行评价和统计，评价两组患者的格拉斯哥评分和日常生活活动能力。结果：观察组患者预后均好于对照组。观察组患者格拉斯哥昏迷指数和日常生活活动能力组间、不同时间点比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对心跳呼吸骤停患者在心肺复苏后使用亚低温治疗，可以有效的减轻缺血缺氧对脑组织的损伤，促进神经功能恢复，改善患者的远期生活质量。
