护患合作质量控制对提高维持性血液透析患者液体摄入依从性的研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the collaborative nurse quality control team activities,to improve the patients with maintenance hemodialysis ( MHD) effect of fluid intake compliance. Methods:The study of maintenance hemodialysis patients cannot effectively restrict fluid intake,analysed the reasons and set goals,formulate implementation measures,including perfecting the nurse theory knowledge training,strengthen the liquid intake of health education,im-prove the teaching AIDS,mission profile and water control protocol individualized fluid intake control scheme,a family support system,revised standard health education path. Comparison before and after the implementation of patient compliance and satisfaction of fluid intake. Results:The patients undergoing after six months,compliance of liquid intake activity was obviously better than the former (P<0. 05). Activities before the patients health education to liq-uid intake of satisfaction was 80. 59%,after the desired target by 92. 54%. Conclusion:The nurse collaborative quality control team activity in patients with MHD control fluid intake method for continuous quality improvement, which can effectively improve patient′s fluid intake compliance,make dialysis period between the added value of body quality control within the prescribed scope. Effectively improve the patient satisfaction of liquid intake of health education, embodies the connotation of the quality of nursing service.%目的：：探讨开展护患合作型质量控制小组活动，对提高维持性血液透析( MHD)患者液体摄入依从性的效果。方法：本研究通过对MHD患者不能有效限制液体摄入的原因进行分析，设定目标，制订实施对策，包括完善护士理论知识培训考核，加强液体摄入健康教育，完善宣教资料及控制液体教具，协议个性化液体摄入控制方案，建立家庭支持系统，修订健康教育标准路径。比较实施前后患者对液体摄入的依从性和满意度。结果：实施6个月后患者对液体摄入的依从性明显优于活动前(P<0.05)。患者对液体摄入健康教育的满意度由活动前的80.59%提高到活动后的92.54%，经比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用护患合作型质量控制小组活动对MHD患者控制液体摄入的方法进行持续质量改进，可有效提高患者液体摄入依从性，使透析间期体质量增加值控制在规定范围内，有效提高了患者对液体摄入健康教育的满意度，体现了优质护理服务的内涵。
