品管圈在肝胆外科室间管理中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨品管圈活动在肝胆外科室间管理中的应用效果。方法：成立品管圈，确定“提高肝胆外科室间管理质量”为本次活动主题，运用品管圈的管理方法，分析了室间管理质量检查评分低的原因，制定了相应的对策并组织实施。结果：实施品管圈后肝胆外科室间管理质量检查评分高于实施前（P ＜0．05）。结论：品管圈活动在改善室间管理质量方面的应用效果明显，值得在临床推广使用。%Objectives:To explore the application effects of quality control circle in hepatobiliary surgery inter - department management. Methods:Estab-lished a quality control circle,decided to take"improvement of hepatobiliary surgery inter - department management quality"as the theme of this activity, used management method of quality control circle,analyzed reasons for low scores of inter - department management quality,worked out corresponding measures,organized and implemented them. Results:The scores of hepatobiliary surgery inter - department management quality examination after imple-menting quality control circle were higher than the inter - department management before(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The quality control circle has significant application effects on the improvement of inter - department quality and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
