医护联合延续护理对视网膜母细胞瘤患儿介入术后父母希望水平和应对方式的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of health care combined with continuing nursing on the hope level and coping style of parents of children with retinoblastoma after ophthalmic artery interventional chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 84 parents of children with retinoblastoma after ophthalmic artery interventional chemotherapy were equally divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received conventional discharge health education,and the experimental group received health care combined with continuing nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The hope level and medical coping style of fathers or mothers of children were investigated before discharge of first intervention operation and 6 months after discharge in the two groups.Results:Before intervention,the difference in the hope level and coping style between the two groups was not statistically significant(P ＞ 0.05);after intervention,the difference in the hope level and coping mode between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Health care combined with continuing nursing can optimize the coping style of parents of children with retinoblastoma after ophthalmic artery interventional chemotherapy,improve the level of hope and their negative mood status.%目的:探讨医护联合延续护理对视网膜母细胞瘤经眼动脉介入化疗术后患儿父母希望水平和应对方式的影响.方法:将84例视网膜母细胞瘤经眼动脉介入化疗术后患儿父母等分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规出院健康教育,试验组在常规护理的基础上给予出院后的医护联合延续护理,两组均在首次介入手术出院前及6个月后调查父亲或母亲希望水平及医学应对方式.结果:干预前,两组希望水平及应对方式比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);干预后,两组的希望水平、应对方式比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:医护联合延续护理可以优化视网膜母细胞瘤经眼动脉介入化疗术后患儿父母应对方式,提高希望水平,改善其负性心境状态.
