目的;探讨人员培训和资质准入制度对院前急救效果的影响.方法:将2016年1 ~12月收治的641例急诊患者作为观察组,将2015年1~12月收治的643例急诊患者作为对照组,对我市120中心实施人员岗前培训前(2015年1 ~12月)和岗前培训后(2016年1~12月)收治急症患者的院前急救的效果进行评价.结果:观察组接受院前急救的患者在入院时病情发展,出院时病情转归、结局等方面均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:建立健全严格科学的岗前培训制度、实施体系化的资质准入制度,对于更好的服务患者、提高我国整体急救水平、改善我国居民健康状况具有非常积极的意义.%Objective:To explore the effect of personnel training and qualification admittance system on pre-hospital first aid.Methods:A total of 641 cases of emergency patients admitted from January to December 2016 were treated as the observation group,and a total of 643 emergency patients admitted from January to December 2015 were treated as the control group.The effect of pre-hospital first aid of first aid personnel at 120 First-aid Center of our city were evaluated before pre-job training (January to December 2015) and after pre-job training (January to December 2016).Results:The progression of disease on admission,prognosis at discharge and treatment outcome of the patients in the observation group who received first aid before admission were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:It is of positive significance to establish a sound,strict and scientific pre-job training system,implement a systematic qualification admittance system for better service for patients,enhancement of our overall first-ail level and improve the heath status of residents in our country.
