目的:观察Er:YAG激光辅助超声治疗仪应用于牙周炎患者临床效果,总结其护理措施.方法:选取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院接受治疗的牙周炎患者82例,以数字法将患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,所有患者均给予牙周基础治疗,观察组在此基础上辅助使用Er:YAG激光超声治疗仪,对比两组患者疼痛程度、牙周临床指标及龈沟液量、患者满意度.结果:观察组视觉模拟疼痛评分为(2.1±0.9)分,显著低于对照组的(3.8±1.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组各项牙周临床指标及龈沟液量对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组探诊深度、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈沟液量均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:Er:YAG激光辅助超声治疗仪用于牙周炎治疗,可有效减轻患者疼痛,促进患者早日康复,提高患者满意度.%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Er:YAG laser assisted ultrasonography in patients with periodontitis and to summarize the nursing measures.Methods:A total of 82 patients with periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by digital method.All patients were treated with periodontal therapy.The observation group used Er:YAG laser ultrasound treatment instrument on the basis of the control group.Pain degree, periodontal clinical indicators and gingival crevicular fluid volume as well as patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The visual analogue pain score of the observation group was (2.1±0.9), which was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.8±1.1).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of periodontal clinical indicators and gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups showed that the difference was of no statistical significance.After the treatment, probing depth, the gingival index, the plaque index and the gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Er:YAG laser assisted ultrasound treatment instrument for periodontitis treatment can effectively reduce the pain of patients, promote early rehabilitation of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
