Objective:To discuss the application and nursing of using piezosurgery to extract the impacted mandibular teeth of patients with dental anxiety (DA).Methods:Equally divided 90 DA patients meeting the requirements from June 2014 to June 2016 into observation group and control group at random for the patients in the observation group had the third impacted mandibular tooth extracted with piezosurgery, and patients in the control group had the third impacted mandibular tooth extracted with turbine drilling technique.Patients in the two groups were compared in operation duration, post-operation complications and change of dental anxiety scale (DAS) before and after tooth extraction.Results: The tooth extraction duration of patients in the control group was shorter than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05);the facial swelling of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05), the restriction of mouth opening of patients in the observation group was not so serious as that of patients in the control group(P<0.05).The DAS scores of patients in both groups after tooth extraction were lower than those before extraction (P<0.05),however,the difference was not statistically significant through DAS comparison after tooth extraction of patients in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Piezosurgery could shorten the time to extract the impacted mandibular tooth, relieve facial swelling and restriction of mouth opening, and combined with the high-quality clinical nursing, it could improve the anxiety of DA patients to extraction of impacted tooth, and increase the patients' treatment confidence.%目的:探讨超声骨刀在拔除牙科焦虑症(DA)患者下颌阻生牙中的应用及护理.方法:将2014年6月~2016年6月90例符合要求的DA患者,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用超声骨刀法拔除下颌第三阻生牙;对照组患者采用涡轮钻法拔除.比较两组手术时间、术后并发症及拔牙前后牙科焦虑症评分(DAS)的变化. 结果: 观察组的拔牙时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的面部肿胀率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),张口受限程度轻于对照组(P<0.05).拔牙后两组患者的DAS分值均低于拔牙前(P<0.05),但两组间拔牙后DAS比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:超声骨刀能缩短拔除下颌阻生牙时间,缓解面部肿胀及张口受限程度,加上优质的临床护理配合,可改善DA患者对阻生牙拔除的焦虑情绪,提升患者的治疗信心.
