Objective To explore the working experience of new pediatric nurses in the first year and provide the evidence-based reference for standardized pediatric nurse training.Methods Objective sampling method was used to select nurses who started work in July 2017 from a third-class women and children's hospital in Qingdao.The semi-structured interview method was used to conduct interviews, and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological analysis method.Results The first year's working experience of newly recruited pediatric nurses can be summarized into three periods, which were the pre-independent employment, the early independent employment and stable independent employment.Before the new nurses could work independently, four themes were extracted, which were occupational confusion, lack of theory and skills, communication barriers, anxiety and fear.At the beginning of working independently, three themes were extracted, namely, tension and pressure, initial role adaptation, and sense of trust. At the stable stage of working independently, three themes were extracted, namely, increasing theoretical and technical reserves, enhancing communication ability and self-realization consciousness. Conclusions The nursing students' pediatric curricula should be valued and strengthened by the school educators.Nursing administrators should standardize the pre-job and post training and create a good working environment to promote new pediatric nurses' adaptation of clinical work.%目的 探讨儿科护士入职第1年的工作体验, 以期为新入职儿科护士的规范化培训模式建立提供参考.方法 2018年7月, 目的抽样法选取青岛市某三级甲等妇女儿童专科医院2017年7月份入职的护士为研究对象.采用质性研究的半结构式访谈法, 对其进行访谈, 以Colaizzi现象学分析法进行资料分析.结果 新入职儿科护士第1年工作体验可归纳为独立上岗前、独立上岗初期、独立上岗稳定期三个时期.在独立上岗前, 提炼出4个主题, 即职业困惑、理论及技能缺乏、沟通障碍、焦虑与恐惧;在独立上岗初期, 提炼出3个主题, 即紧张与压力、角色初步适应、被信任感;在独立上岗稳定期, 提炼出3个主题, 即理论及技能储备增加、沟通能力增强、自我实现意识的萌生.结论 医学院校教育者应重视并加强护生的儿科专科教育, 护理管理者应规范儿科新入职护士的岗前、岗位培训, 营造良好的儿科护理工作环境, 以促进新入职儿科护士尽快适应临床, 稳定儿科护理队伍.
