护理学研究生跨专业学习态度调查及影响因素分析

     

摘要

目的 了解护理学研究生跨专业学习(interprofessional learning,IPL)态度及影响因素,为跨专业教育在护理学研究生中开展提供参考依据.方法 2018年9-10月,采用中文版跨专业合作学习准备量表对3所高校2016-2018级115名在读护理学研究生进行问卷调查.结果 护理学研究生跨专业合作学习准备量表总分为(78.49±8.48)分,处于较高水平,其中团队合作得分为(39.83±5.22)分、消极的专业认同得分为(12.21±3.05)分、积极的专业认同得分为(17.63±2.46)分、角色和职责的得分为(8.81±2.04)分;多元回归结果显示,性别是护理学研究生IPL态度的影响因素.结论 护理学研究生IPL态度较好,具有较高的团队合作精神及专业认同感,各高校应重视跨专业教育,不断提升护理学研究生专业间的协作实践能力.%Objective To investigate the attitude of interprofessional learning in nursing graduate students and its influencing factors, and to provide a reference basis for interprofessional education in nursing postgraduates.Methods From September to October 2018, a total of 115 nursing graduate students from three universities were selected and investigated by using the Chinese version of the Readiness of interprofessional learning scale.Results The score of nursing graduate students' interprofessional learning attitude was 78.49±8.48, which was at a high level. Additionally, the team cooperation score was 39.83±5.22, the negative professional identity score was 12.21±3.05, the positive professional identity score was 17.63±2.46, and the role and responsibility score was 8.81±2.04.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that gender was the only factor influencing the interprofessional learning attitude of nursing postgraduates.Conclusion Nursing graduate students have a good attitude about interprofessional learning and a high team spirit and professional identity. The universities should pay attention to interprofessional education in the future, and improve the collaborative practice ability of nursing graduate students constantly.
