看图对话教育方式提高2型糖尿病患者健康教育水平的效果

     

摘要

Objective To investigate on the effect of conversation maps on health education of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) patients. Methods Using historical control method, 65 in-patients with type 2 DM were divided into experimental group to receive health education through the conversation maps and control group to receive traditional health lectures. Evaluations were conducted on knowledge scale, self-efficacy scale and self-management behavior scale in patients with type 2 DM before and 2 weeks after the health education. Results The scores of knowledge scale, self-efficacy scale and self-management behavior scale were all increased in both groups after the health education(P<0.01). While the scores after the intervention were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Conversation maps is an effective health education model in enhancing DM knowledge and self-efficacy,promoting the establishment and improvement of self-management behavior,and thus worth popularization.%目的 探讨看图对话教育方式对2型糖尿病患者健康教育效果的影响.方法 将65例住院2型糖尿病患者分为两组,采用非同期临床对照研究的方法,分别采用看图对话和传统的健康教育讲座方式进行健康教育,于患者教育前和教育2周后进行糖尿病患者知识量表、自我效能量表和自我管理行为量表的测评.结果 两组患者干预前后糖尿病知识、自我效能和自我管理行为得分均有所提高(均P<0.01),但看图对话教育组患者干预后的得分高于传统健康教育组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论看图对话教育方式有助于提升2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识水平和自我效能,促进其自我管理行为的建立和提高,是一种有效的健康教育形式,值得推广和应用.
