Objective:To discuss the dialogue educational tool for patients with different cultural level effect research. Methods:140 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The observation group formed by uniform training by diabetes specialist nurses used CGM dia-logue interactive health education mode. The control group used the traditional way of education. Through the questionnaire survey,comparaing the changes of education before and 3 months after the two groups of diabetic patients of diabetes mellitus knowledge level and self - care behavior. Results:The pictures speak tool in patients with diabetes mellitus grasping situation of health knowledge and blood glucose control level was obviously higher than the control group. Conclusion:Plug - in dialogue could improve diabetes patient′s health education effect.%目的::探讨看图对话教育工具对糖尿病患者健康教育的效果观察。方法:将140例糖尿病患者随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者接受传统教育方式,观察组在此基础上由接受过糖尿病知识统一培训的专科护士进行看图对话互动式健康教育。采用问卷调查的方式,调查两组患者健康教育后3个月糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度以及血糖达标情况。结果:试验组患者对糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度以及血糖控制达标情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:看图对话可提高糖尿病患者的健康教育效果。
