PBL教学法在手术室护生护理安全教学中的应用效果

     

摘要

Objective To investigate the application effect of PBL teaching method for nursing safety teaching in operating room. Methods From June 2010 to April 2011,90 nursing college students were separated into control group(n= 45) and experimental group (n = 45). The control group underwent the traditional teaching method, and study group used PBL teaching method. Results The testing scores and the accurate rates of case analysis problem of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). While the rate of hazard incident of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusions PBL teaching mode for nursing safety teaching in operation room has an advantage in integrating theory with practice ability and reducing the operating room nursing safety hazard events,and deserves further clinical promoting.%目的 探讨PBL教学法在手术室护生护理安全教学中的应用效果.方法 按随机数字表法将2010年6月至2011年4月在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院手术室实习的90名护理大专生分为对照组和观察组各45名,对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组采用PBL教学方法.结果 观察组护生的整体考试成绩及案例分析题的答对率均高于对照组(均P<0.05),观察组安全隐患事件的发生次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05).结论 手术室护理安全带教中运用PBL教学方法 对培养护生理论与实际相结合的能力、降低手术室护理安全隐患事件的发生优于传统教学方法,值得推广.
