冠心病患者家属对健康教育知识认知现状的调查

     

摘要

目的 调查冠心病患者家属对健康教育知识的认知现状,并找出其影响因素,为护理人员进行有针对性的健康教育提供借鉴.方法 选取2011年1-5月在黑龙江省某三级甲等医院心内科住院且诊断为冠心病的120例患者的家属,采用自制问卷对其健康教育知识认知水平进行调查.结果 冠心病患者家属对健康教育知识认知水平处于中等偏上,其中对健康生活方式的认知较好,对出院指导的认知最差.患者家属性别影响其对健康教育知识的认知水平,女性家属优于男性家属(P<0.05);患者家属文化程度和照顾次数与认知呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 应重视对冠心病患者家属的健康教育,并采取因人而异的认知教育方式,以提高其对患者的照护水平,促进患者的康复.%Objective To investigate the cognition status of health education of families of patients with coronary heart disease and to find the influence factors, so as to provide targeted health education. Methods from January to May in 2009,120 patients,who were diagnosed with coronary heart disease,were selected from one general hospital of harbin, Heilongjiang Province. The questionnaire of patients' family cognition on health education was used. Results The cognition level of the families was above average, and the best lied in the cognition to healthy life style,and the worst in the cognition to education of leaving hospital. The gender of patients' families was a influencing factor to the cognition of health education. The cognition level of female was higher than that of male(P<0. 05). There was a positive correlation between the cognition level of patients' families and education levels and the times of attendance of patients' families (P<0. 05). Conclusion The education to patients' families should be varied according to influence factors so as to promote the nursing level and rehabilitation of patients' families.
