流产后关爱服务对流产术后患者生殖健康的影响

摘要

目的：探讨对流产女性实施流产后关爱(post－abortion care,PAC)服务的干预效果.方法2015年1－4月,便利抽样法选取在温岭市妇幼保健院实施人工流产术的患者600例为研究对象.按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组300例.对照组患者接受人工流产术后常规健康教育；观察组患者人工流产术后给予PAC服务.两组患者均随访1年,比较两组患者流产后1年内有效避孕措施落实率和非意愿妊娠重复流产率.结果观察组患者流产后1年内有效避孕措施率为88．2％,而非意愿妊娠重复流产率为2．4％,与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0．01).结论 PAC服务能有效改善人工流产术后患者有效避孕措施的落实情况,避免非意愿妊娠重复流产,保障未育女性生殖健康和身心健康.%Objective To evaluate the interventional effect of post-abortion care (PAC)on women underwent miscarriage.Methods By convenience sampling,6 0 0 cases were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 3 0 0 cases in each group.The control group received routine post-abortion health education,while the observation group received PAC service.Two groups had 1 year of followed-up,the birth control execution rate within 1 year and unwanted pregnancy repeat abortion rate were compared.Results The effective birth control rate within 1 year in observation group was 8 8 .2% and unwanted pregnancy repeat abortion rate was 2 .4% (all P < 0 .0 1 ).Conclusions PAC service can effectively improve the birth control execution rate,and avoid the occurrence of repeated abortion and thus to ensure better reproductive health and physical and mental health in nulliparous women.
