FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: following is determined as anamnestic data: the line of inheritance, the presence of an aggravated reproductive anamnesis in the mother, the age of the first menstruation, the presence of chronic endometritis, menstrual irregularities, the fact of spontaneous pregnancy termination in the first trimester, complicated pregnancy, premature birth. The level of T-helpers (CD4+), T-killers/suppressors (CD8+), immunoregulatory index (CD4+/CD8+), interleukin-6 are determined as immune system indicators. PAI-1 gene polymorphism (pathological homozygote) is determined as a hemostasis indicator. The hormonal background is investigated: the level of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), ratio of LH/FSH. When the presence of risk factors or its deviation from normal is identigied, each risk factor is assigned points in accordance with the table contained in the description. Then calculation is performed by the proposed formula. When the amount of points is less than 29, low risk of reproductive health is predicted.
