失地农民参加社会养老保险的影响因素分析--基于西安市调查数据分析

摘要

Land-lost peasants are the natural product of China’s industrialization and urbanization. For a long time,the land is the subsistence for farmers. Once they lose their land,they will face a series of problems,such as employment difficulties, and the weakening of the family’s security function. And the institutional arrangements are urgent required to resolve peasants’ pension problems. Regarding the land-lost farmers in Xi’an urban village as the research object,the paper puts forward some countermeasures in improving the rate of land-lost peasants’ participating in social pension insurance by analyzing its status.%　　失地农民是我国工业化和城市化发展的必然产物。长期以来土地是广大农民赖以生存的基础，当农民丧失土地以后，面对就业难、家庭保障功能弱化的困境，迫切需要制度性安排解决失地农民的养老问题。本文以西安市城中村失地农民为研究对象，通过分析失地农民参加社会养老保险的现状，为提高失地农民社会养老保险参保率提出对策建议。
