厦门非公企业员工心理健康状况实证研究

摘要

本文通过随机抽样法对厦门市312家非公企业的2239名员工进行症状自评量表（SCL-90）和知觉压力（PSS）测试，以了解他们心理健康状况和压力情况。分析结果表明非公企业员工存在一定心理健康问题和面临较大的压力，性别、婚姻、职务、户口等因素对心理健康水平和压力状况有影响，需要引起政府相关部门和企业关注。%A total of 2239 employees of 312 non-public Enterprise in Xiamen city were investigated with Symptom Check list 90(SCL-90)and Perceived Pressure scale (PSS)to explore mental health status、Perceived Pressure of non-public Enterprise employees.The analysis result indicated that there are some significant Problem in Mental Health Status and Perceived Pres-sure of non-public Enterprise employees,and sex、marriage、post and household can influence their mental health and Pres-sure. So government and enterprises must care for mental health and stress of the non-public enterprise employees.
