Objective To observe the antibacterial effect of aspoxicillin against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosarnin vivo. Methods Mice were peritoneally injected with minimum lethal dose of Staphylococcus aureus (7. 5×107) or Pseudomonas aeruginosa (7. 5×107) ,and intravenously injected with aspoxicillin in caudal vein 2 h later,once a day for three consecutive days, then the survival and mortality rates in the following 7 days were observed. Results The survival time of mice infected with Staphylococcus aureus was 2. 83 ± 0. 94 d,with 100% mortality. Treating the infected mice with piperacillin sodium and the test product 1. 33,0. 668,0. 332 g o kg-1 the survival time were 6. 25 ± 0. 75,6. 33 ± 0. 78,5. 42 ± 1. 24 and 4. 42±1. 62 d (P<0. 01) ,and the mortality rates were 58. 33%,50. 00%,66. 67% and 75. 00 % , respectively. Conclusion Aspoxicillin have a better antibacterial effect against Gram-positive bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria than the same dose of piperacillin sodium.%目的 观察阿扑西林对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌的体内抗菌作用.方法 以最小致死量的金黄色葡萄球菌(7.5×107个)、铜绿假单胞菌(7.5×107个)腹腔注射感染小鼠,2 h后尾静脉注射阿扑西林,1 d 1次,连续3 d,连续7 d观察感染小鼠的生存期及致死率.结果 感染金黄色葡萄球菌的小鼠生存期为2.83±0.94 d,致死率为100%.哌拉西林钠及试品1.33,0.668和0.332 g·kg-1的生存期分别为6.25±0.75,6.33±0.78,5.42±1.24和4.42±1.62 d(P<0.01),致死率分别为58.33%,50.00%,66.67%和75.00%;感染铜绿假单胞菌的小鼠生存期为2.75±1.06 d,致死率为100%,而哌拉西林钠及本品1.33,0.668和0.332 g·kg-1的生存期分别为6.33±0.89,6.42±0.79,6.17±1.03和4.83±1.64 d(P<0.01);致死率分别为50.00%,41.67%,58.33%和66.67%.结论 阿扑西林对革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌具有一定的抗菌作用,且在同等剂量下优于哌拉西林钠.
