摘要

The purpose of the present invention is developing an in vivo sepsis researching model. The present invention relates to a 14-3-3 sigma gene-lacking mouse, to a method for developing an in vivo sepsis research model using the same, and to a use of the same. Moreover, the method in the present invention comprises the steps of: treating a transgenic mouse lack of a 14-3-3 sigma gene with a test material; and measuring the survival rate of the transgenic mouse in the presence of the test material, wherein the 14-3-3 sigma gene is preferred to have a base sequence of the sequence number 1, but all the mutant genes having one or more of substitution, deletion, inversion, and/or translocation mutation on the gene are included in the range of the present invention.
