石化污水系统改造项目试验研究

     

摘要

In order to meet the requirements of (the petroleum refining industry standards for the discharge of pollutants GB31570-2015), make sewage efflux meet the standard and reduce the environmental pollution caused by the sewage, need of the sewage treatment system of certain petrochemical enterprises is needed to be improved. Meanwhile, depth processing unit is needed to be added after the existing process so as to achieve the discharging standard of total nitrogen and the COD. This experiment adopts efficient biofilm removal nitrogen process and ozone-oxidation combined process to treat effluent of a petrochemical wastewater treatment, this paper will focus on the project overview, test scheme and the results of experiments, and provide guidance and advice to the improvement project of the sew⁃age treatment system.%为了满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准 GB31570-2015》的要求,实现污水达标外排,减少污水对环境造成的污染,某石化企业需对污水处理系统进行改造,在现有流程后增设深度处理单元,实现总氮的达标排放,并起到COD达标的把关作用。本试验采用了高效生物膜脱氮、臭氧催化氧化组合工艺处理某石化污水处理场的出水,着重从工程项目概述、试验方案以及试验结果等方面进行概述。为后期污水处理系统提标改造工程提供相关指导建议。
