针对我国公路建设中水泥稳定碎石基层强度低、均匀性和稳定性差、易开裂等问题,提出了水泥稳定碎石振动搅拌技术.通过检测振动搅拌和普通搅拌拌和而成的水稳碎石的相关性能,发现振动搅拌技术在水泥剂量相同的情况下能有效提高水稳碎石的强度,而在保证强度相同的同时能有效降低水泥用量,同时其还能减少水稳碎石的开裂现象,提高施工均匀性,值得推广应用于实际工程.%Aiming at problems like low intensity of cement stabilized macadam base, poor evenness and stability, easy to crack and so on in our country's highway construction, the vibration mixing technology of cement stabilized macadam is put forward.Through the detection on interrelated properties of cement stabilized macadam by vibration mixing and common mixing, we discover that the vibration mixing technology can effectively improve the intensity of cement stabilized macadam under the condition of the same cement dosage, and meanwhile effectively reduce the cement dosage under the condition of guaranteeing the same intensity, as well as reduce the cracking phenomenon of cement stabilized macadam and improve the construction uniformity.Therefore, it is recommended to be applied in practical engineering by vigorous popularization and application.
