Fe-TiCN composite powders were prepared via carbothermic reduction of milled titanium concentrate with ilmenite and graphite as raw materials. The effect of milling parameters on the titanium concentrate/graphite mixed powders was studied with XRD, TG-DSC and SEM analysis. When the milling time was 4 h and the milling speed was 450 r/min, amorphous state of graphite would accelerate the reduction process. The onset reaction temperature was advanced by 360 ℃and reached platform with a total loss of 35%.%以钛精矿和石墨为原料,经球磨混料后通过碳热还原法制备了含铁的碳氮化钛复合粉。结合X射线衍射分析、TG-DSC热分析和SEM扫描电镜显微分析,主要研究了球磨参数对钛精矿/石墨混合粉料还原进程的影响。当球磨时间为4 h,球磨转速为450 r/min时,石墨的无定型化有利于加快还原反应进程。开始反应温度提前了360℃,失重为35%,达到了反应平台。
