陀螺导航设备非接触检测系统设计

     

摘要

The gyro-navigation device online test is an important difficult part of gyro-navigation device service. This article maintains using non-contact test by sound and temperature signal testing in gyro-navigation device online multi non-contact test system. In this way, this method did not interfere with the work of the gyro-navigation device, and was an excellent way to make the online gyro-navigation test becoming true. Based on this, the article constructed the basic structure of the system and the functional design of test system, and showed the plan of the hardware and software in detail. The system was put into practice and ran well.%陀螺导航在线设备检测一直是陀螺导航设备保障维修的重点和难点,文章提出通过对其声信号与温度信号进行检测的方法组建陀螺导航设备在线非接触检测系统。该方法具有设备零干扰的优良特性,能够有效地实现陀螺装备的在线检测。文章给出了检测系统的结构模型,提出了检测系统的功能设计,详细说明了软硬件实施方案。该系统已投入使用,效果良好。
