磁性粉煤灰沸石的制备及其对Cu2+的吸附研究

             

摘要

以粉煤灰为载体负载Fe3O4纳米粒子后原位水热合成了磁性粉煤灰沸石。采用XRD、SEM、XRF和超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)对样品进行了分析。研究了NaOH浓度、NaAlO2添加量对沸石合成的影响,考察了磁性粉煤灰沸石的磁性能以及对Cu2+的吸附性能。结果表明,添加NaAlO2以及NaOH后,可以合成晶相为A型、方沸石和方钠石的磁性粉煤灰沸石。随着NaOH浓度的增加(大于4 mol/L),A型沸石消失,其它沸石相的结晶度增加。该磁性粉煤灰沸石具有一定的磁性能,对Cu2+亦有较好的吸附性能,在水处理领域具有很好的应用前景。%Magnetic lfy ash zeolite was prepared from lfy ash after loading Fe3O4 nanoparticles via an in situ hydrothermal method. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, XRF, and SQUID. The effects of the NaOH concentration and the amount of NaAlO2 on the synthesis of zeolite from lfy ash were investigated as well as its magnetic properties and adsorption properties for Cu2+. The results indicated that the magnetic lfy ash zeolite containing zeolite A, analcite, and sodalite phase could be synthesized after adding of NaAlO2 and NaOH, followed by hydrothermal treatment. Zeolite A disappeared and the intensity of other zeolite phases increased with the increase of NaOH concentration. The magnetic lfy ash zeolite exhibited a good magnetic property and adsorption property for Cu2+. It will have been applied in the ifled of water treatment.
