Microwave activation method was used to synthesize activated clay from calcium bentonite. The decolorization ratio and product structure affected by the dosage of vitriol, activation time and activation power were tested by XRD analysis, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, etc methods. The results showed that the best high-efifciency activated clay can be made when the dosage of vitriol was 20%, the activation time was 35 s and the activation power was 480 W. In these conditions, the decolorization ratio of activated clay achieved 99.13%.%以钙基膨润土为原料,采用微波活化法制备高效活性白土,通过XRD、UV-Vis等分析手段考察了不同硫酸用量、活化时间及活化功率对产物结构及脱色效果的影响。得到高效活性白土的最佳制备条件为:硫酸用量20%(酸土质量比),活化时间35 s,活化功率480 W,该条件下脱色率可达99.13%。
