基于二分法-PSO的碰摩转子有限元模型修正

         

摘要

Rotor rubbing FE model updating method based on DPSO(Particle swarm optimization algorithm based on dichotomy) model updating theory and modal test is proposed. This method can speed the updating of the FE model and raise the accuracy of the results.It can also avoid the PSO iteration falling into the local optimum in the optimization process so that the results of simulation can reflect the structural characteristics of the testing model more precisely. Then, this method is applied to the rub-impact fault diagnosis of rotors.The influence of speed change on the dynamic performance of the rub-impact of the rotors is studied.It is shown that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.This study provides some reference for safe and stable operation of rotor systems in practical engineering.%根据模型修正理论,基于有限元模型模态分析结果与试验结果,采用二分法–PSO优化算法,进行模型修正.该方法提高了有限元模型修正的速度与精度,且避免了在PSO迭代寻优过程中陷入局部最优的问题.结果表明,采用基于二分法–PSO的模型修正方法得到的有限元模型的精度有了大幅度的提高,且更为准确地反映了试验模型的结构特征.将修正后的模型用于碰摩故障的研究,研究转速变化对转子碰摩动力学特性的影响,研究结果表明:仿真结果与试验结果一致性较高,为实际工程中转子系统的安全稳定运行提供一定的实际参考价值.
