建设用地与社会经济发展的关系研究——以广西武鸣县为例

Wuming county in Nanning city was selected as an example to analyze the relations between the construction land and the development of society and economy based on the concerning data from 2000 to 2009, which provide the basis for rational utilization of land resources. The result showed that the construction land has the most close relations with GDP, which the correlating degree was 97.9%. General intensive utilization degree of construction land was increasing, but intensive utilization degree of rural construction land was decreased.%以广西武呜县为例，利用相关分析方法，基于2000-2009年的建设用地和社会经济发展的相关数据，研究了建设用地变化与社会经济发展之间的关系，为今后合理利用土地资源提供依据。研究结果表明，武鸣县建设用地的增长与GDP的关系最为密切，其相关系数高达97．9％；建设用地的总体集约利用程度在不断提高，但农村建设用地的集约利用程度却在不断下降。
