杂交选育中粳稻粒形在早代群体的遗传分析

             

摘要

以粳型中长形和椭圆形籽粒水稻为试验材料,研究粒形在杂交早代中的分离变化。结果表明,不同粒形粳稻杂交F1代的粒长、粒宽、粒厚和粒长/粒宽基本表现为介于亲本之间。F2分离群体中,选择粒长/粒宽介于亲本之间是有效的,粒宽表现为选择介于亲本之间或较大是有效的,粒厚表现为选择小于粒厚较厚亲本是有效的。粒形因子粒长、粒宽、粒厚、粒长/粒宽在正交和反交组合中的分离表现基本一致,表明粒形受细胞核染色体控制,与细胞质遗传无关。%Using the long grain shape and the oval grain shape Japonica rice, the grain shape in the early hybrid generation separation was studied. The results showed that grain length, grain width, grain thickness and grain length/width of F1 populations were between those of parents generously. In F2 segregating population, selecting grain length/width rang between parents was effective, selecting grain width rang between parents or larger was effective, and selecting grain thickness rang less than the thicker parent was effective. Performance of grain shape factor of orthogonal and reciprocal cross were basically the same in early separate populations. It is indicated that cell chromosomes control grain shape, and grain shape had nothing to do with the cytoplasmic inheritance.
