纳米技术在食品工业中应用的研究进展

摘要

本文综述了纳米技术在食品及食品工业领域的应用研究。主要介绍了近年来纳米技术在食品加工、食品包装和食品分析上的应用研究。%The application of nanotechnology on food and food industry is introduced. Recent advances of the nanotechnology application in food processing, food packaging, food analysis is elaborated. The developing prospect of the technology in food industry is given.
