基于MasterCAM的非圆曲线设计加工与校验

摘要

This paper described that taking MasterCAM as procedure development and movement platform,making use of "Fplot C-hooks" function in MasterCAM and mathematical analysis methods to make human-computer interaction and achieve noncircular curve design Made use of the CAM function (computer-aided manufacturing function) in MasterCAM to achieve processing of non-circular cam curve and Made use of check processing function to test the design of non-circular curve, analyze the rationality of its design. which optimized the mechanism of non-circular curve design by providing greater assistance.%介绍了以MasterCAM作为程序开发运行平台,运用MasterCAM中的"Fplot C-hooks"功能,采用数学解析方法,进行人机交互,实现非圆曲线的设计;运用MasterCAM中CAM功能,实现无图纸非圆曲线凸轮的加工,并通过加工校验功能检验非圆曲线设计的合理性,这对非圆曲线机构的优化设计提供了较大的帮助.
