摘要

Auto programming of numerical control technology has advantages of high speed, high quality and is convenient to use. In this paper, structural characteristics of the friction disc casting die cavity during modeling process are analyzed in detail, the use of MasterCAM software for the digital design process of friction disc casting die cavity is introduced, then numerical control simulation processing of the friction disc casting die cavity are realized in MasterCAM, computer simulation cutting tool path, and entity verifies are also operated when confirming the exactness of the processing course. The results show that the MasterCAM used for digital design and automatic programming, can improve precision of modeling and NC machining, speed up programming and improve efficiency of manufacture.
