虚拟手术中基于有限元模型的针操作仿真研究

             

摘要

详细论述并基本实现了虚拟手术中基于有限元模型的针操作仿真.在有限元模型基础上,采用Tensor-Mass生物力学模型,并结合拓扑距离的概念对模型的操作区域进行第1步细分,在针插入操作时实时更新结点列表,并采用结点等效法来简化模型,能够满足精确性,不会因为产生大量网格而影响实时性.%Deformation simulation of soft tissue in virtual surgery based on finite element model was discussed and real-ized. On the basis of finite element model, Tensor-Mass biomechanical model was used, and the operating areas of the model were in the first subdivision with the concept of topological distance. The node list was updated in real time while the needle was inserted, and the method of node equivalent was used to simplify the model. The experimental results showed that the method meets the requirements of the accuracy and wont create a large number of grids to reduce the real-time simulation.
