确定圆轴扭转矢量扭矩的方法分析

         

摘要

Torsion of circular shaft torque size and symbol decision is very important.Correct judgement of torque size and symbol is the strength and stiffness of the key.The torque size can be obtained by the external torque,it is the fraction of all external couple the algebraic sum of the moments.Regarding torque the symbol decision,the paper introduced several methods in addition to the most commonly used right-hand rule,through the torque symbol determination research,summed up the other some judging methods and made a detailed analysis and comparison.Left-hand rule,left and right thumb point-ing,and cross section observation can also use the non section method to determine torque symbol.%对圆轴扭转时的扭矩大小及方向的正确判定非常重要,也是校核其强度及刚度的关键。扭矩的大小可由外力偶矩求得,即为所选取部分所有外力偶矩的代数和。介绍了几种关于扭矩方向的判定方法,除了最常用的右手螺旋法则外,还总结了其他几种判定方法,并做了详细的对比与分析。其中,包括左手螺旋法则、左右手拇指指向和截面观察法,也可以用非截面法确定扭矩方向。
