基于电性能参数可控的SLS型3D打印工艺技术研究

         

摘要

The SLS type 3D printing technology provides a possibility to realize the controllable electrical parameters of non metal radar antenna cover.A SLS type 3D printing system environment and material property verification system with controllable electrical properties are established.The influence mechanism of the 3D printing process and adjusting parameters of electrical parameters of non metal radar antenna cover are concentrated to be studied.The typical antenna cover is designed for 3D printing verification experiment.Combining matching process methods and suitable process parameters,the system integration planning and precise control of the main factors of each link of antenna cover 3D print are realized.%SLS型3D打印技术对实现雷达天线非金属外罩电性能参数的可控性提供了可能.建立了考虑电性能参数可控的SLS型3D打印系统环境和材料特性验证体系,重点研究了3D打印工艺方法及参数调节对雷达天线非金属外罩电性能参数的影响机理.设计典型天线罩3D打印验证试验,结合匹配工艺方法和适宜工艺参数,对天线外罩3D打印各环节主要因素实现了系统集成规划和精确控制.
