输电铁塔用耐候钢的研制

             

摘要

耐候钢在大气中能形成致密和粘附良好的稳定锈层,使其耐腐蚀性能明显优于普通碳钢.西方国家已将耐候钢应用于输电杆塔中,而国内还未开始使用.采用新型环保耐腐蚀钢是未来输电铁塔选材方向.采用金相、拉伸、扫描、周期浸润和盐雾加速腐蚀、电化学等实验方法,对实验室冶炼轧制输电铁塔用耐候钢进行了组织、力学性能研究,以及对比试样Q345B钢模拟实际应用环境中的腐蚀行为规律,探讨了铬元素对耐候钢耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,试验耐候钢具有优异的力学性能;耐腐蚀性优于Q345B钢;随着铬含量的增加,耐候钢的耐腐蚀性逐渐提高.%The weathering steel has enhanced corrosion resistance for a dense and well-adhering corrosion product layer forms on the surface,which has been widely used in the transmission tower in western countries,but has been seldom used in China.The application of weathering steels for transmission towers is an important development direction.The experi-ment weathering steel for transmission tower is prepared in laboratory,and the microstructure,mechanical property and corrosion behavior of Q345B in simulated practical application are studied by means of OM,SEM,cyclic immersion corro-sion,and electrochemical workstation.Besides,effect of Cr element on corrosion property of the test weathering steel is dis-cussed.The results show that the weathering steels exhibited excellent mechanical properties.The surface of weathering steel has a better corrosion resistance than Q345B steel.With the increase of the Cr content,the corrosion resistance of weathering steel increases.
