转子叶片与机匣碰摩研究进展与展望

         

摘要

针对转子叶片与机匣碰摩故障, 国内外学者对碰摩力模型、碰摩故障机理、数值仿真分析、试验检验验证和碰摩故障识别诊断等进行了大量研究.在对转子叶片与机匣碰摩动力学特性的研究现状进行梳理分析的基础上, 根据碰摩力模型性质的不同, 将现有碰摩力模型分为两大类、5种模型, 综述了各模型的特点, 指出了各模型的适用范围及其优缺点, 分析总结了转子叶片与机匣碰摩试验的进展, 并指出了未来在模型建立与试验探究方面有待进一步研究的发展方向.%Aiming at the rotor blade and casing rub-impact fault, scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research in the direction of rub-impact force model, rub-impact fault mechanism, numerical simulation analysis, test verification and rubbing fault diagnosis. On the basis of the research status on the rubbing dynamic characteristics of the rotor blade and casing system, according to the different nature of rub-impact model, the rub-impact force model is divided into two categories and five kinds of models. The characteristics of each model are summarized, and the applicable scope and the advantages and disadvantages of each model are pointed out. Then, the progress of rotor blade and casing rub-impact test is analyzed and summarized. Finally, it is pointed out that the future direction of model establishment and experimental research should be further valued.
