A new type of nano material was developed in order to reduce the viscosity of high-wax crude oil.The preparation of mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) was by template method and sol-gel process, and through the solution polymerization to prepare the oil-soluble viscosity reducer agent PSMA-AM/MSN.The structure and property of mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) and modified mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) were characterized and analyzed by BET, FT-IR, TGA, TEM and water contact angle testing.It was applied to Daqing linyuan high-wax heavy oil and Daqing tieling high-wax heavy oil, and the viscosity reducing test was studied.The results showed that MSN with uniform particle size, high specific surface area and distinct pore structure, was synthesized successfully by the novel method.And the PSMA-MA/MSN exceled at hydrophobicity, which allowed them to keep stable in organic solvent, thereby markedly reducing the viscosity of heavy oil system.%为降低高蜡原油的黏度, 研制了一种新型纳米材料.选择模板法, 采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了介孔SiO2纳米粒 (MSN), 再通过溶液聚合法制备了油溶性降黏剂聚甲基丙烯酸十八烷基烷基酯-丙烯酰胺/介孔纳米SiO2 (PSMA-AM/MSN), 采用氮吸附孔径、红外光谱、透射电子显微镜和接触角等手段对其结构和性质进行表征, 并将其应用于大庆林源三库高蜡稠油和大庆铁岭高蜡稠油, 进行降黏性能测试.结果表明:MSN尺寸均匀, 比表面积大, 孔道结构清晰;PSMA-MA/MSN疏水性能优异, 在有机介质中能稳定分散, 能使稠油黏度降低, 降黏效果优异.
