数字学术背景下北美高校图书馆组织机构变革研究——以布朗大学和多伦多大学为例

摘要

Taking Brown University and University of Toronto as cases, this paper explores their organizational structure transformation under the digital scholarship situation, and summarizes their experience in optimizing organizational structures to promote the digital scholarship. The paper introduces the adoptable matrix-like organizational structure, so as to provide suggestions on digital scholarship development among Chinese libraries.%论文以布朗大学和多伦多大学图书馆的数字学术发展为研究案例,深入研究数字学术环境下高校图书馆组织机构变革情况,总结高校为发展数字学术而进行的组织机构优化的经验,提出矩阵式组织结构是图书馆发展可采用的结构模式,为我国数字学术环境下图书馆发展提供可借鉴的经验.
