In order to satisfy the application of polycarboxylate superplasticizer in the early strength constructional engineering, the fast solidification and early strength type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was developed. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer with good dispersibility was prepared by orthogonal test,the results showed that the best moral ratio of TPEG,MA and vinyl acetate was 0.05:0.3:0.1. Moreover, 20% replacement rate of AM had good early strength effect. Compared with three other samples, the concrete by adding the homemade sample had shorter setting time, lower air content and better fluidity,which could significantly improve the early strength.%为满足聚羧酸减水剂在某些有早强要求的建筑工程中应用,合成了早强快凝型聚羧酸减水剂.通过正交试验得到分散性良好的聚羧酸减水剂,其最佳配比为n (TPEG)∶n (MA)∶n(乙酸乙烯酯)=0.05:0.3:0.1.另外,采用AM取代部分MA,得出取代20%MA对提高混凝土早强效果最佳.通过与其它3种样品比较,掺自制早强快凝型聚羧酸减水剂的混凝土具有较短的凝结时间,较低的含气量和较好的流动性,还可明显提高混凝土的早期强度.
