含SiO2气凝胶粉煤灰基发泡地质聚合物的性能及微观结构

     

摘要

AG-CFA based foam geopolymer(ACFG) was prepared by taking SiO2 aerogel(AG),coal fly ash(CFA),sodium wa-ter glass,and sodium hydroxide as raw materials,and hydrogen peroxide solution(H2O2) as foaming agent. The effect of AG(0~8%) and H2O2 (3%~5%) contents on the apparent density,thermal conductivity,strength,and microstructure of foam geopolymer was in-vestigated. The results show that with the increasing of AG and H2O2,apparent densities and thermal conductivity decreased gradu-ally. Meanwhile,the compressive and flexural strength maintain relative high values. When the content of AG was 8% and the content of H2O2 was 5%,apparent density,thermal conductivity,compressive strength and flexural strength of ACFG at 28 d were 185 kg/m3,0.058 W/(m·K),0.55 MPa and 0.62 MPa respectively.%以SiO2气凝胶(AG)、粉煤灰(CFA)、钠水玻璃和氢氧化钠为主要原料,双氧水(H2O2)为发泡剂,制备AG-CFA基发泡地质聚合物(ACFG).通过调节AG掺量(0~8%)和H2O2掺量(3%~5%),研究不同变量对ACFG表观密度、导热系数、力学性能和微观形貌的影响.结果表明:当体系中AG或H2O2掺量增多时,ACFG的表观密度和导热系数降低,而抗压和抗折强度能保持较高的数值;当AG掺量为8%,H2O2掺量为5%时,ACFG在28 d时的表观密度为185 kg/m3,导热系数为0.058 W/(m·K),抗压和抗折强度分别为0.55、0.62 MPa.
