锂渣再生混凝土强度及耐久性试验研究

         

摘要

通过试验研究锂渣取代率对再生混凝土轴心抗压强度、弹性模量的影响,通过快速冻融试验研究了锂渣再生混凝土抗冻性能,通过快速碳化试验研究了锂渣再生混凝土抗碳化性能.结果表明,随着锂渣取代率增加,再生混凝土轴心抗压强度、弹性模量先增大后下降.当锂渣取代率为20%时,再生混凝土7 d、28 d轴心抗压强度分别提高39.1%、41.3%,再生混凝土弹性模量提高11.3%,同时混凝土的抗冻性能及抗碳化性能最强.当锂渣取代率为30%时,混凝土内部缺陷增多,混凝土抗压强度开始下降,抗冻、抗碳化性能均变弱.%The influence of the replacement rate of lithium slag on the axial compressive strength and elastic modulus of re-cycled aggregate concrete is studied through experiments. The frost resistance of recycled aggregate concrete is studied by fast freeze-thaw test,and the carbonation resistance of lithium slag recycled aggregate concrete is studied by rapid carbonation test. The results show that with the increase of the content of lithium slag,the axial compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of recy-cled aggregate concrete increased at first,and then decreased. When the replacement rate of lithium slag is 20%,the 7 d and 28 d axial compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete increased by 39.1% and 41.3%,and the elastic modulus of recycled ag-gregate concrete is increased by 11.3%. Meanwhile,the frost resistance and carbonization resistance of concrete are the strongest. When the substitution rate of lithium slag is 30%,the internal defects of concrete increased. The compressive strength of concrete begins to decrease,and the frost resistance and carbonization resistance of concrete become weakness.
