CONCRETE STRENGTH MEASURING DEVICE WITH INTEGRATED ULTRASONIC TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING PROBES AND A METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING A SLIP FOAM DETERMINING A TIMING OF RAISING THE SLIP FOAM BASED ON A CONCRETE STRENGTH MEASUREMENT RESULT, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING CONSTRUCTING EFFICIENCY AND REDUCING COSTS BY REDUCING TIME REQUIRED FOR MEASURING THE STRENGTH OF CONCRETE
PURPOSE: A concrete strength measuring device with integrated ultrasonic transmitting and receiving probes and a method for constructing a slip foam determining a timing of raising the slip foam based on a concrete strength measurement result are provided to grasp the setting time of concrete and to determine a timing of raising the slip foam, thereby rapidly and stably constructing a concrete axial member.;CONSTITUTION: A concrete strength measuring device(1) with integrated ultrasonic transmitting and receiving probes comprises a surface wave velocity measuring device(100) and a controller(110). The surface wave velocity measuring device is installed in concrete, generates ultrasonic waves, and measures the ultrasonic waves transmitted through the concrete. The controller converts signals measured by the surface wave velocity measuring device and calculates a transmitting speed of the surface waves, thereby calculating the strength of the concrete. The surface wave velocity measuring device includes an ultrasonic wave transmitting probe(10), a first contact plate(11), an ultrasonic wave receiving probe(12), a second contact plate(13), and a frame(20).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
