利用硅胶、凝胶等色谱技术从连钱草乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(1)、熊果酸(2)、咖啡酸(3)、迷迭香酸(4)、迷迭香酸甲酯(5)、间羟基苯甲酸(6)、原儿茶醛(7)、芹菜素(8)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、木犀草素(10).其中,化合物4-7为首次从连钱草中分离得到.%Ten compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Glechoma longituba by silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and identified as oleanolic acid(1) ,ursolicacid(2) ,caffeic acid(3),resmanic acid (4),rosmanic acid methyl ester(5),m-hyoxybenzoic acid (6),protocatechualdehude(7),apigenin(8),apigenin-7-O-β-Dglucoside(9),luteolin(10).Compounds 4-7 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
