煤基合成气甲烷化工艺流程的Aspen Plus模拟及分析

     

摘要

A typical coal based syngas methanation process model was proposed and simulated by Aspen Plus software.The effects of steam/syngas ratio,split ratio and recycle ratio on the temperatures of the parallel first and second stage reactors were investigated by utilizing the sensitivity analysis model,and a preliminary analysis was carried out to reveal the relationships between the control parameters changing and the catalyst performance,energy consumption and economic efficiency,so as to provide guidance and reference for methanation engineering projects.%利用Aspen Plus软件搭建了典型煤基合成气循环甲烷化工艺流程.通过灵敏度分析考察了汽气比、分流比、回流比这三个温度调控参数对平行的一段和二段甲烷化反应的综合影响,初步分析了调控参数的变化与催化剂性能、能耗、经济性的联系,以期为甲烷化工程项目的顺利实施起到一定的指导及借鉴作用.
