In this paper, based on analysis of milling and experiments of milling force, finite element models are built. The vibration amplitude max value of experiment workpiece and Cubing' s Engine cover module are predicted. And the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is verified by the milling experiment. The result provides the methods and theory basis for the machining of cubing.%通过铣削加工现场加工情况的分析以及铣削力试验,建立有限元模型,基于有限元分析软件HyperWorks对试验工件和汽车引擎盖模块进行加工振幅模拟,获得加工时检测点的最大加工振幅,并通过试验验证分析方法的正确性,为匹配主模型铣削工艺改进提供理论依据和方法.
