Product quality decision-making is an essential part of enterprise strategic decision-making. By the approach of differential game theory, this paper puts forward a quality decision-making model with two competing enterprises under dynamic environment. The research shows that, key factors of quality decision-making are attenuation coefficient of quality credit, basic manufacturing costs, demand-price elasticity coefficient, demand-quality credit elasticity coefficient and discount coefficient. Consequently,these factors play important roles on making developing strategies for enterprises.%产品质量决策是企业战略决策的重要内容之一.运用微分博弃方法,对企业的产品质量决策问题进行了研究,提出动态环境下两个相互竞争企业之间产品质量决策的分析模型.研究表明,产品的质童信誉衰减系数、基础生产成本、需求-价格和需求-质量信誉弹性系数以及贴现系数是影响企业质量决策的关健影响因素,进而对制定企业的发展战略有重要作用.
